Perhaps you should consider hiring models with smoother skin.

@mistafisha My job would be a hundred times easier if I could. But have you tried hiring models? We've worked with dozens and none of them (none) have perfectly smooth skin. And you generally don't get to see them ahead of time anyway. These blemishes were mostly invisible in normal light. It was only under the strong light of studio strobe and captured by a camera that they became so visible.
