- For ages, elephants in Southeast Asia have been trained to work in perfect tandem with their mahout. The heavy foot of the elephant treads lightly in the forest when trees are being harvested and hauled to the water for shipping. But it is a surprise to see that the elephant also treads lightly in the water, swimming from island to island, using its trunk as a snorkel to breathe. The buoyancy of the water adds a note of grace to the ponderous bulk that weighs down each step on land.

  • Beautiful calm music, what is it?

  • @TheLeilisa Shut up bitch shit

  • c'est nul à chier

  • Being tall such as 6ft is an advantage in swimming ?

  • Me: "wtf is that other trunk hanging from?"

  • beautiful and amazing ! what's the tiltle of the music please ?

  • At least in India the people there treat their elephants much better than those poor captive elephants trained to entertain humans in circuses which I'm completely against. However, when I see healthy trees being felled and the elephants dragging them away I wonder what does an elephant feel watching humans destroy the land and their habitats.

  • Cool, amazing how it uses its trunk like a snorkel.

  • gosh, wrong music

  • For real. Why is the music so sad. Its kinda haunting.
