One question, though. At 4:30, why castle when the knight can be immediately captured by the bishop (which is protected by the queen in the enter of a white rook attack)? As it appears, the castling would allow black a chance to defend the knight or retreat.

it is a bad trade, you won't win the knight because of the pin along the e-file, (Bxe5 d4! 0-0 Rxe5) the d6 bishop is a lot stronger than the e5 knight as the position is very open in the center

For the Goonist 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Bc4 Nxe4 5. Nxe4 d5 6. Bd3 dxe4 7. Bxe4 Nb4 8. Nxe5 Qd4 9. O-O Qxe5 10 Re1 Kd8 11 B:b7 Q:e1+ 12 R:e1 Bb7 is an interesting Queen sac.

8. Nxe5 Qd4 9. O-O Qxe4 10. Re1 Qxc2 11. Qf3 Be7 12. Qxf7+ Kd8 13. Qxg7 Re8

5:09 it isn't good for black cause then white sacrifices his knight in e5 and after the retake the white queen enters in game... And the black king is in big trouble...
