Best spy tip you will ever get is use your revolver. It's amazing and if your using the invisible watch rely on your cloak not your disguise.

@zer0din It looks as if the explosives have been neutered. Flak Jacket has returned + immunity to stuns and flashes, making it a pretty monstrous perk. One Man Army is gone, Commando is gone. Although I have some issues with what we've seen so far, it looks like our biggest complaints have been addressed. (New Problems: the support killstreak package: deaths don't end your streaks. Plus Steady Aim can be used with Rapid fire AND the recoil reduction proficiency - so much for trigger discipline.)

@vNorilor I think I agree with you on the evolving rather than completely and radically changing, however I'm just afraid is hasn't evolved enough. I really hope they listened to what the fanbase has been trying to tell them for the past couple of years about game balance / weapon balance. There are plenty of good things I like about MW2, in fact I still play it, I guess I would just hate to see the exact same game but with even more unbalanced things added to it. I want to see refinement.

@zer0din Well, I think people have to ask themselves how different they want these games to be each year. I prefer evolutionary change. If devs feel pressure to reinvent the wheel, we're going to see more mistakes. I say prioritize refining the gameplay by removing mistakes, and increasing depth in terms of total quantity of weapons, maps, perk options, customization, etc. There are some weapons and maps I just want to see in every CoD game, but I don't sense that everyone feels that way.
Well most disguises actually stands to scrutiny execpt the scout if you cloak and go way back then run towards the front lines with say soldier (or anythign really except for scout) then you shouldn't ever be noticed unless you bump in to some one on the other team. because most people will have think you respawned back in to the game and is trying to get back to the front lines.

@MrHowisittaken Spy checking defeats any disguise, end of story. The defense to spy checking is positioning and striking when the enemy is under attack / attacking your team. In this way, they usually only have a chance to see you at a glance, and don't have time to worry what team you are on. With that said, does it matter what they see you as? Not really. The scout disguise in this role then has numerous advantages over the others when scrutiny isn't as much of an issue.

Here is a basic tip for spy don't change to scout.

@MrHowisittaken The scout disguise is one of the best due to the hitbox difference and small size. I've had great success with it.

@zer0din Even if that is true the scout's running speed is at 140% and the spy is at 100% and the game wont let you go 140% speed so your easily noticed.

@MrHowisittaken No disguise stands up scrutiny, that's why it's important to only be seen at a glance and strike when enemies are preoccupied and don't have time to check out how a scout is running. Besides, the scout is one of the few classes that more or less has an excuse to be just about anywhere at any time.
