I think this song is about Alla Chambliss. A well known, on record, popular Houston whore. Her husband that she used for a green card, lost count at about a dozen men, 5 abortions, and a trip to the VD clinic.

Why the random mix of artworks? There's a 1637 painting by Frans Hals, which is close to the time the play was written, although wrong country, but then there's an 1817 painting by Thomas Lawrence, and other works that are completely unrelated to each other, except that they're European, and "old" by 21st-century standards. On the positive side, I like the 3D effect of going "into" the clouds.
