  • This is indeed a great program to help workers to stay in Canada. However, most employers, at least in Ontario, use this term "Canadian Experience" to diminish and put down the experience professionals bring from their home countries, which I consider strong way of discrimination.

  • Every time this one guy I know comes over to Canada the border denies him entry just because he USED to be a bounty hunter working with the law in the USA. Canada might want foreign workers but if the border gives them a hard time why would they bother??
