you can do all that stuff with a memory card and put the music and stuff on the sd card or you can use the usb adaptor it comes with to connect to your computer

it looks black, it might have a hint of brown in it but it looks black. the oick one has a pink stripe going around the side but the back is silver with a pink bottom. be sure to subscribe

There is a headphone jack. Those two hole are for recognizing that the phones near your head to it can lock. The QWERTY keyboard is easy to use. The web browser is sub-par. Its not even completely HTML. This is a simple business phone. This was not a very good review.
