Wallrun - just the run over the wall :)
Fast run close to the wall (about 45*). Strong jump to the wall.
The internal foot is going to the highest point in the wall.
Now we are closer to the wall. Our body must be leaning apart, and
the foot must be "stick into the wall", next foot is making next step.
The most important step. The highest position next to the wall.
Body must be leaning more vertically. Now we have to change our foots.
The "inside" foot ("sticked to the wall") now must be detached. And
we have to put the second foot in front of it.
The "falling" step :) Strong jump of the wall. Our body is going to
normal ("vertical") position.
Now we are falling. We have to prepare our legs to landing.
Our eyes are focused in ladning point..legs are bent.
We can continue open run...
