The Bevaix Boat is a 2nd century Gallo-Roman lake and river boat discovered in the Bay of Bevaix, Lake Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The wreck was excavated, studied, and reconstructed by Béat Arnold of the Musée d'Archéologie (Archaeology Museum) of Neuchâtel. This animation illustrates the bottom-based construction sequence of the vessel.
It is shown with two hypothetical rigging configurations: a simple square sail and a sprit sail.
@oceanofsea But perhaps I can caption the video. I'm assuming you're referring to the history/archaeology and not a 3D modeling tutorial?

@oceanofsea This was done for a class project. If you are looking for more information about the ship itself, it has been fully published:
1992, Arnold, Beat - Batellerie gallo-romaine sur le lac de Neuchatel (tome 1) - Archeologie neuchateloise 12.
It hadn't arrived from the interlibrary loans by the time my project was due, so his final conclusions differ slightly from what I've animated here. Running out of room, but earlier publications are listed on the wikipedia entry for Bevaix Boat.

is there any way the accompanying text (if there was one) for this project can be made available?

@MrGilmortho The trees used to build the boat were felled in AD 182. (Les arbres ont été abattus dans 182 apr-J.C.)
