I can elaborate even more: The rules are more strict for people with "official" channels. YouTube partners. Those that have ads on their channels. Even though videos like this are allowed to use some copyrighted material, it is not allowed for channels that potentially can earn money from it.
You need to own the music to legally profit from it. That simple.

This is true. This video now only exists in "unofficial" versions, floating around the web. It will never disappear, because we all love it, but it contains music he didn't make, and YouTube is very specific about that these days.
Cranius couldn't posted it even if he wanted to. It would violate the terms of his account, and get him banned.
