When I first heard The Last DJ album, I thought it was so-so. After a while it spread like wild fire in my brain's likings. He is one of the last few great musicians still active today (the best in my opinion). PLEASE GO ON TOUR AGAIN TOM!

Absolutely beautiful song. As many of us, I grew up in Gainesville. Is there a better place to be a kid than in that town?

Visit Lillian's Music Store in downtown Gainesville. They still have live music. Bo Diddley's daughter, Tammy plays drums on gigs.

"Glen Springs Pool" is actually Silver Glen Springs in the Ocala National Forest. It is located right off SR 19 just about five miles north of SR 40. When I was seven years old, my family would also go there to swim. God bless Petty!
