We are the same size but I am 5'7 however I thank you for sharing as I want to try Sensa because I need to get down to about 160 lbs as well. Good luck and thanks for sharing.

Congrats on your weight loss! Keep it up :) Like you, I can throw down on food and I struggle with portion control so I may have to give Sensa a try. Do the chews or drink mix have an aftertaste?

@HotHoney01 In this video it is the halleys curls virgin Malaysian hair. I love this hair. I need to order more! I chopped this one up in so many different styles and now it is too short, loll. I want full long hair again. hee hee :)

I'm 6 ft and 190 I carry my weight well also but I know i'm not healthy! So I'm trying to eat less and exercise!
