I have gotten really into the queen of hip hop/Soul lately. The first minute of this vid is me demonstrating what it means to "Chi" the hoop (moving the hoop w/o touching it with the arms or feet.) There is a nice little reverse around the 40 sec mark. I usually spend 60 to 70 percent of my Practice blind. That's Ann in the bkgrd.
