When I put the "Public Sub WhoWins ()" Under the Public Class Form1 Area, it underlines my "Private Sub"... Button1_Click area. The program wont run and that is the only error so far. The reason it said is "Statement cannot appear within a method body. End of method assumed." HELP PLEASE!

Okay i fixed that part. But for some reason my "O's" aren't showing up when i run the program. and neither does the turn label. and when i click the first x is shows up and nothing else does. and then my Player Scores go to saying O :0 and O:0 instead of O and X. Im so confused!

@maurwurtz023 check the labels (the indexes, like label1,2,3 , or whatever you named it), check the code of your button it should change the LABELS, the var TURN
SUGGESTION: make "turn" type boolean :D so if's false its X's turn then if the button is clicked, it turns "turn" true then its O's turn
