You may be a trained belly dancer, but Raqfariha and I know middle-eastern culture. A cat call is an expression of disapproval. This is an expression of joy, approval and celebration as Raqfariha said. We do it at Weddings! It's not a cat call.

u have to cover ur mouth and say it as high as u can.

Maltatude - I KNOW it's not a cat call and that it's an expression of joy. Raqfariha was the first to bring up the term "cat-call" in a comment that came across like they were explaining to me what we were doing. I really don't understand why people are commenting "It's not a cat call" because I never called it one. It's quite insulting.

Raqfariha - I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic, but I just want to clarify that I know what a zaghareet is. I'm a trained belly dancer. These are a few of my friends that were having fun trying to learn how to do it as we drove up into the mountains. It was quite comical! :)
