Waves L316 Multimaximizer Audio Plug In (Native and TDM)
In the beginning, Waves created the L1 Ultramaximizer, and it revolutionized the world of mixing and mastering. Then came the L2 Ultramaximizer - heard on hit records and major motion pictures the world over. The way was paved for the L3 Multimaximizer, the worlds first auto-summing multi-band limiter. Now, Waves is pleased to present the newest member of Waves acclaimed L-Series, the L3-16 Multimaximizer, a 16 band peak limiter that delivers unparalleled loudness with unprecedented control.
That's all well and good, but… really, where are the 16 bands of limiting? Are you saying that Waves didn't trust us to set it right, so they took back 10 of those bands? What happens to the 10 bands we can't actually set ourselves? Who sets them? Or What? Why do they call it a 16 band limiter if we really get to set only 6 of them? And since when do plugin companies "protect us" from comb filtering by not letting us set the controls ourselves? Just sounds goofy to me.

I like this way waves puts a series of features under a single function. Like they also do in the cla, maserati, kramer collections.

@thegodofq is it a demo or purchased plugin? if its a demo you might have downloaded the TDM file instead of the Native version. and im not to familiar with Ableton, but Im not to sure if it runs RTAS, I believe it might just be VST and AU like Logic!
