On Dec. 2, 2009, Rebecca Forsythe was struck by a car as she crossed the street outside Crouse Hospital -- inside the crosswalk. The vehicle did not stop. Forsythe received several broken bones and is still hospitalized. The best police can tell, the suspect car looks to be dark green or blue. It is missing a right rear hubcap and should have front end damage, as well as possible damage to the windshield. Anyone with information is asked to call the Syracuse Police Traffic Division at (315) 442-5152. Forsythe's employer is offering a $5,000 reward.
