@Nivicoman OR manhole covers- exactly, there's NO WAY they got those legally and the scrap dealers buy the stuff anyway, they should be held liable and prosecuted.

Time to go after these scrap yards who obviously know the stuff is stolen, I mean, you see a couple of greasers bringing in huge spools of heavy industrial copper wire- hundreds of pounds worth, you KNOW they didnt get it tearing out a wall in their house to add a room on, or finding it in a dumpster!
You KNOW if they show up with 200 brass faucets- same story- STOLEN
