How many people can you fit in a Ford Festiva?

At a family gathering, we decided to see how many people we could fit into my brother's Ford Festiva (as evidenced by the suspension, it was a bit more than the 680-lb. payload of the car). The final count was 17 (with three smaller children; besides them, everyone was at least 14.)
