SURFERS take on HUGE WAVES at BELLS BEACH, VIC. July 9th 2011. MUSIC - 'How to Destroy Angels'

Biggest waves of the year hit along Victorian coastline. My brother and I went and filmed the few surfers taking on the waves.

Great day wasn't it mate! i believe sunday was supposed to be bigger ,but it was still worth a 4 hour trip to be there. You got some nice footage there! Lets hope we get some more big swells soon. I'll be down there in no time!!!

Shit..I live 20 mins from Trestles and its a world class break that rarely gets like this.But any break can be good just depends on da swell.

you guys dont even realise how lucky you are to have such an awesome surfbreak right near your hometown. near my hometown it only gets to 4 foot and only that in winter and there is nothing in summer.
