@111gorby yea it engages both my fast twict and slow twitch fibres which results in more grow. Always slow on the negative and explosive on positive, will produce phenomenal growth that doing both at same pace,,,...STAY STRONG

So what do I do during these times you you get cold? I've not been free from it for like soon 4 weeks!! it pisses me off cuz I can't go to the gym, or get out running..feels so frustrating when you've been working out hard for months and then you caught a cold.
