THE add wasnt ment to promote obama as the ONE, it was made by McCain campaigne to promote obama as the Anti-Christ to get christians to vote for McCain.
idk about the details, but it is common sense-McCain didnt want to promote obama as president at ALL, he ran for presedency because HE wanted to become the president, not because HE wanted obama to become president.

If there has only been 1 "Christ" and 3 "Anti-Christs" that means that the "Anti-Christ" has not only had a second coming but a third one too... "Christ" still hasnt had his 2nd coming its been 200 years, I would say that 3 over 1 is winning.

Of course this is all speculation as "Christ" as the Christians belive cant be proven.
