It's curious what she says in this speech. She says the Stupak ammendment was a devils bargain. So be it, but the ammendment passed. After it passed she voted in favor of the whole bill. This was then a vote against women's reproductive rights. She says in this speech that she is for these rights. She voted against them, What is going on?
