I just laugh everytime an old movie or TV series has someone pulling over just to use pay phones to call someone. I know present day movies evolved (as u put it) from old classics, but still, it's a bit laughable at times when ubiquitous stuff like mobiles don't feature in them.

@jamessmedley82 OH MY GOD, no emails. Well there goes the countless movie classics that helped evolve cinema to this day. Citizen Cane, Casablanca, Apocalypse Now. I mean those movies, they didn't even have computers, you know, like we do now, soooo primitive. Look, if any movie were to even be worth considering acceptable today, it must have : NUMBER 1) Computers (preferably modern and 2) NUMBER TWO)Email (Ideally Gmail). una pelicula llena de accion... que en su epoca... fue muy bien realisada.... gravada en gran parte en las locasiones del estado de veracruz...mexico... para hacer mas esactos en cuatepec.. veracruz.. un lugar con una gran extencion de platios de cafetales... claro que en la secuensia aparese como colombia... pero no es asi... tambien parte de las gravasiones fueron hechas x la cascada de texolo... en xico..vercruz..

No, it isn't. It's trash. And it's 16 years old. There is one scene where messages are being sent via computers, and they aren't even emails as you and I know it. Primitive.
