@KRAZY7777 well not pointless... they willl protect from nerve agents and chemicals like that i was just saying that they dont protect from radiation.

@KRAZY7777 that mask will not protect against radiation... it will stop you from breathing in radioactive fallout but so will a wet t shirt ....

@Zakaleeno ya but there's always survivors of any kind of disaster (except that meteor that hit the earth and killed all the dinosaurs). so if anyone dose survive that mask will protect against radiation. also the radiation goes farther then the explosion radius.
