Learn how to make Potstickers in your own kitchen with a simple recipe by Jimmy Chung. Watch in HD. Please remember to "Like" my video and post a comment for encouragement!

For those of you who would like to amp up your Potstickers, you may be interested in adding the following:
- Fresh Minced Ginger and Garlic.
- Chopped Green Onions.
- Chopped Cabbage.
- Chopped Water Chestnuts.
- Shrimp for the Seafood lovers.
*For the recipe in my video, I basically took what I had in the house at the time to make dinner, which tasted awesome with some Potsticker dipping sauce.

  • Thanks, I thought you might be Vietnamese. I live in Denver, CO where we have a large Vietnamese population, whose markets and bakeries I frequent often...Best wishes.

  • @tciesla That's awesome! Thank you and Happy Holidays!

  • Interesting choice of ingredients, are they Vietnamese inspired (Maggi)?

  • @tciesla In fact, I am Vietnamese. : ) I basically just grabbed what I had in the kitchen to make a simple meal. Got to love the Maggi seasoning.

  • I liked the technique of boiling them first and then frying . I had been doing the opposite and found it a bit tedious.

  • @dvtsaw Thanks! Try it with Sesame oil. It will taste great!
