Chocolate Making
Chocolate comes from the seed of the tropical cacao tree, which is native to lowland tropical South America and has been cultivated for three millennia in both Central America and Mexico. The earliest documented use of chocolate is 1100 BC. Today, chocolate is one of the most popular flavors in the world and holds an important place in the holidays and celebrations of many different cultures.
