Two and a half years since this was posted and still no comment so... How unfortunate that Galileo's 400th shared the year with Copenhagen. The church formally apologized to him some 300 years later? Little doubt the apology for COP15 will also come way too late. Will History label it "the point of no return"?
Sorry, some days it's hard to see the glass is half full. Galileo must have had days like that.
