Alternative title: The vote that got Haneen Zoabi into the Knesset!
Having little to no faith in any of the 120 Knesset Members, and absolutely zero hope that the next parliament intends to do any good, not to mention do anything about it, I have dedicated my vote as a protest - against nationalism, against violence, against partisanship in its worst disguise (racism), and against the Shin Bet.
A vote for a sane, mature, better Israel.
You are not supposed to bring a video camera into the polling or voting booth. It might change the voice of other's choice. Have any intention?

@motzPHaragas doesn't sound true. a) i wasn't prevented or stopped, and b) i proudly demonstrate my participation. c) some places encourage cameras to document voting in order to prevent fraud. possibly, i allow that airing them before the ballots are counted might influence votes. and that i am guilty of :)

Voting for Balad as a protest against nationalism?! That's a good joke.

Glad to see you checking me out. I've been doing the same.
Peace my brother!

How were you allowed to bring a video camera into the polling booth?

i believe you must go in alone, but surely you're allowed to film. it's your own privacy you're undermining, after all.
besides it seems to make sense in that it can reveal discrepancies or problems at the ballot, or document your vote if you later suspect it was discarded, at least theoretically that is.
