Great leg and glute exercise.
How To:
Begin with your feet close together and hands at your sides for balance. Jump up in the air and descend into a lunge until your front and rear knees are both bent at about 90 degrees. Make sure you keep your front knee behind your front toes and your torso upright. Explode out of the squat and jump, reversing the position of your legs in midair and landing in another squat.
