5'8 guy (me) dunking

There are two baskets here, they are 10 feet and 9'4
My Running vertical leap is around 35 to 36 inch although I am not that pleased at myself though because I can rarely dunk a 10 footer with a standard ball.

23´inch?? I need to jump 32 inch to touch the rim. Just practice reaching it everyday. I started doing it on my 7th grade and was able to reach it on 8th grade.

No, I haven't done any work outs. I think it's natural for me but I can't dunk a standard ball since I can't grip the ball.

I'm pretty sure none of those rims are even 9 ft 4. Pause at 0:05 and you see it's not high at all. To dunk an actual mans ball he need big hands and a better jump that this. And your vertical is NOT 35 or 36 dude, kobes is 38 so yeh there's no way.
