  • 1 person shit his pants while listening to this

  • I thought I'd listen to this yesterday evening as I was winding down, but damn....this was creepy as hell and directly influenced a subsequent nightmare which seemed to last all night. I won't underestimate Lovecraft again...

  • Wow, this is the first time I've actually experienced a piece of the cthulhu mythos directly instead of just absorbing all the secondhand accounts -from forums, tabletop RPGs, and TVtropes- and the first two minutes waste no time laying on the inherent pessimism of this universe as thoroughly as they can.

"This is not a fairy tale, toddlers, put this fucking book down."

  • Who could dislike this?!

  • 30:49 Holy Crap! I never heard that phrase uttered so Creepy!!

  • I'm the 4,444th viewer.

  • @Boughrouck indeed, there are so many things in this world that I would absolutely love, but will never even hear of. sad, i suppose.

  • RIP HPL, your legacy lives on.

  • Wayne June is the best when it comes to audiobooks!

Great voice and perfect for this genre!

Look up MOM and The Shadow Over Innsmouth. There are brilliant versions of both on Youtube.
