In Virginia, no license, no registration, no insurance, no taxes, NO GAS !!!
16 and up and an ID with DOB and thats it !
35 mph for 25 miles on a charge, cost 1/2 cent per mile for electric costs based on 7 cents per Kw hour.

I will still be using my 50 cc 20 years from now, well I could be, batteries wear out, fix that and this gets interesting.

OMG she is going 15-20 miles per hour playing "Born to be wild" fking serious, but really want one of those. i wish i knew about them 4 years ago when i was 15 i would of been the coolest kid on my block riding a moped. These are money saves, good-bye metro cards.

"one" moving part? Wheels don't move I guess. No suspension. Handlebar doesn't turn. Try thinking a little before you put yourself and product out to be viewed by thousands and perhaps more people.

Yes, those parts you refer to ALSO move , we hope, on a gas scooter, but on an ELECTRIC scooter, there is only ONE moving part in the drive system when compared to many many more moving parts, and therefore increase potential points of failure and costly maintenance, when compared to the ONE MOVING PART of the brushless hub motor, which is the out wheel of the rear tire spinning round and round with magnets attached to it. MUCH SIMPLER AND MUCH LESS POTENTIAL FOR FAILURE, OVER GAS. THANKS !

We limit ours to 35 if used as moped, if licensed we can restore higher accel and speeds to just under 45 with the stock motor, or we have options for 45 and 50 plus
