thanks for posting! does a flat iron hold curls longer/stronger than curling irons?

tangerine20: i think this could depend on the quality and how hot the flat iron or curling iron gets but i do find that my curls remain curled even when i sleep on them when i use a flat iron. the difference is that curling irons give a softer neater look whereas with a flat iron it can look a bit more messy and it takes practice to get the hang of.

bahwickee: no i don't believe i have so i can't honestly say =) since i have a lot of hair i don't think i would find myself using them very often if i did have them

hair's got something to say about our lives. like if somebody hasn't met you before & knows zilch about your past, the hair is what's gonna give that person some nice 411 about u. cuz we can say hair keeps a good record of the kinds of yumfoods we've eaten, whether its fast food (my fave), or drugs we've taken, the stresses/sickness we ever had etc &how we seem to take care of it. hairs pretty much a damn good physical advertisement of ones goodhealth and/or diet, youth & vitality! <3 long hair!

i think it's odd how the deadest part of us may come to be the most desirable. one survey shows how the #1 physical feature guys say then want in a woman, OVER boobies and sexy legs and skin, is HAIR! and hair is of course nothin else but dead pigmented cells that come out from the scalp in long filaments. it was Darwin who observed this awesome example of sexual selection, cuz he thought ppl were able to grow hair and use it to lure potential mates! so I ask, what's so sexy about hair anyway?
