To be blunt, Jesus said that if you hate someone else, you're no better than a murderer, and I don't know anybody who hasn't hated. If you want to be amazed, it's amazing God lets us live after the things we said and thought even yesterday.

The reason bad things happen in the world is because Adam disobeyed Him. Adam had all he needed and wanted in the garden of Eden, but he decided that God was holding out on him, and ate fruit that Eve got from the tree God told him not to eat from. So, God had to allow Adam to suffer the consequences. He could have kept us from experience consequences, but then we would never stop doing wrong. LIke kids who never disciplined.
