"Spanish Joint" is quickly becoming one of my favorite songs to cover. This is our second time doing the song, at the Earthly Jazz event at Cell Block, Osaka on June 8, 2010. The event was part of Bobby Rickett's Japan tour - Bobby is an excellent saxophonist from the United States who resides and is quite famous in Denmark. We had such a great time. The band features Gaku Nakajima (Guitar), BJ (笹井克彦) of indigo jam unit (Bass) & Tomohide Kinugasa (衣笠智英) (Drums). http://lovealicia.com

Soul Music--that which makes my heart beat.

Alicia, you and your band just put a big smile on my face. Soul music is the music I grew up on. Certain songs take me back to a certain day or remind me of special people that passed through my life. A lot of videos on the Tube are missing something, length, sound quality, video quality, etc. Yours was just perfect to me. Ohh, and I love your "hair do." WICKED!!!
