EMIRATES AIRLINE - lounge food experience, Please be careful - VIDEO 2

This video is the Apology and Confession of Emirates Airline Airport Supervisor and the Catering Supervisor after serving an Old, spoiled, dirty & foul smelled bread sandwich to a Skywards Gold Member Business Class passenger on his trip to Kuala Lumpur & Doha via Dubai at the Cochin International Airport. Similarly, the same thing happened in the most prestigious Emirates Business Class Lounge in Emirates Terminal 3 in Dubai Airport, they served with a spoiled Muthabbal (An Arabic food item). In both the cases, the passenger had stomach upset and had to consult with the doctors. Both the issues were reported to Emirates management and there was no any response and now the matter is being taken into a Consumer Court. Airlines charge us 3 times of the economy ticket rate for a business class ticket and this is the way they treat the passengers, truly unacceptable.

Since I purchased the ticket and paid to Emirates, no matter who runs the launch, Emirates cannot run away from the responsibility and as far as i am concerned, it is the fault of Emirates and they are primarily responsible for me for this.

It was happened before also in Emirates Business Class launch Terminal 3 in Dubai, they served with an Arabic food item called Muthabbal & that was spoiled. I reported the matter to the concerned and same way he apologized and said proper action will be taken and i will get a reply from emirates, but, till now i didn't receive any reply from emirates even after I directly reported it to them. So, it can happen to anyone, so everyone be careful. No need to he stupid, be intelligent and vigilant.
