Finally this piece is done! About 12 hours of work compressed in a 5 minute video!

This time I started to record from the very beginning, without even planning out the image first, so what you see there is mostly improvisation. Its a little slow to start, but the result was worth it I think!
The splash screen is for a simple little project I have going on, a run-n-gun platformer with a bazooka-toting octopus as a protagonist. I originally started the game for a TIGSource contest, but a sudden surge of work for college made me unable to finish anything worthwhile in time.

I saw this on DA, and had to see the process. I love doodling in MS paint form time to time, Pixel art is a good hobby. But which program are you using it seems MUCH more useful than MS Paint. I have been searching endlessly for a good pixel art program.

The program I use is graphicsgale. Its lightweight but very useful
