  • @WCephei77 she said a little bit on your tong... it's not like you're eating the whole thing, and because it's being used as a nutrilizer for your bodies electrodes not that much salt makes it to your kidneys anyway.

  • you could do that, or for those of you with kids, you would know that benadrill works great. we call it the good night juice.

  • They suggest wearing thick socks but then they show a picture of someone putting on a nylon stocking? That's what it looks like to me lol.

  • both advices sound like a terrible idea to me.... I don't think is gonna be very good for your kidneys having salt at night before to sleep... sleeping w socks on?... just sounds strange... has this worked for anybody here?
