when I try to open any of the programs the message "Component (codes of some sort) or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" appers. Please help!!

I put 2 hacks onto one pokemon file, how do I get 1 (or both hacks off of that pokemon file)

Whenever I open the text modifier, it opens an error saying: "comctl32.ocx". PLEASE HELP

Alright I never played any games past crystal but this system only worked for the gba ones. I have a couple questions. 1. Is there a set of easy to use files like these ones for the older game roms and 2. if there is where can i find it and 3. Why is only a small portion of text editable in this? I want to be able to change all the text in the game not just the first couple cities and only about 30 pokemon instead of all of them... I'm not complaining because what it has is great
