@skellingtongirl2000 Harry is not calling himself a stranger. If you had watched Disney's Tarzan, then you know this song is played when Tarzan first meet the humans. Among the apes, Tarzan is odd, just like how Harry is strange in comparison to Muggles. Tarzan's "strangers" are humans, beings of his own kind; Harry's "strangers" are others wizards and witches, people like him who can use magic. I hope my explanation is understandable
