The cool thing is that he just plays and sings it. I'm a singer/guitar player, and it's really encouraging to see this and realize that you don't have to gussy up your songs to play them solo. Just let the words and the music work together to make something powerful.

It's kind of cool to hear this song performed naked like this. I prefer the album version, but this is cool because it's probably what it sounded like when he wrote this. The lyrics to this song are one of my favorites. This song makes me feel like child again. It puts me in weird place mentally. Great song.

I disagree........i think showing a song in its raw form(how it was orignialy written) once in a while without all the bells and whistles (and in this case the piano) is an excellent way to learn about music and how things can be improved and manipulated and tightened. Kudos to Jeff for playing solo stuff in his spare time.
