synesthesia is a situation (genetical) that makes you more "open-minded" about colors, notes, taste or smell.. you hear the note "la" and you associate it with blue color or metal taste or sth. if you re a synesthetic..

and this is a music clip for synesthetics and the song from the record
"kings of time" track no3 by Magyar Posse ..

ie: edited.

  • At first I flipped out because it was all so wrong.

I see it as mostly dark blues - not much yellow at all. And the colors are more expansive and in the background-ish area. Dots like that are usually reserved for techno/dance/electronic - anything with blip noises. Also, a lot of your angles and placements were wrong spatially.

Ditriell, are you a synaesthete? I can't tell from your comments. The video does look like something someone else could have, but it's just so different from mine.

  • no , iam not a synaesthate, only tried to do a video which synchronizes colors and rhytm, (but there is not one by one matching colors and score ) ,

i tried to give some perspective, not to do completely 2 dimensional, but thats all anyway , i d meant already that i am not a syns. at the bottom (2.) of the comments,, but still so sorry for making flip you out., thansks

  • @ditriell. What program did you use to synch colors and rhythm????????//??

    PLEASE TELL ME. <3.

  • @Booklvr777 its made by using adobe premiere, as practice , but with after effetcs it s very easy to do with a special plug in..

  • merry xmas to you too, you re lucky to be born with such "intense own visions"..multimedia game comes a little silly but it may be good if bis done by pro.s i think :)

  • Ah, no, not really my thing here. I am an artist, mainly painter, but get completely different colours, forms and alltogether much more complexity/patterns from the music.

Since everyone has different syns, this video is more confusing for our kind, but may nevertheless be interesting for others.

I also hear a different piece of music, when switching the sound off. . .

If you say, that how YOU perceive it, Ok then.

  • it s how i imagine it more or less...

  • They're all wrong! I agree with Kyexaiik on the piano obviously being blue, and they're not flashes, they're more of a background! The yellow flashes are much darker, they're a metallic bronze-gold-orangey color. And the little "Da-ding!" was a sudden, sea green (you got the color right this time) that was this, like, big slash across the entire image!

  • For a non Synnie, I think you did a great job with the spacial, shape forms and variations in colour tones. Although they were nothing like my colours, the blue blob bottom centre was perfect other than colour. I have a lot more lines and longer shape and waves as well :)

  • It is soooo wrong.. Why are their white flashes???? It is a piano! It is supposed to be blue! And the yellow this isn't there. Or the Grey ones...

  • This sequence of neon dots, sounds more like Analogue Bubblebath by Aphex Twin. Whom also has synesthesia. watch?v=3UGhMFwPW-Y

  • ???????????????????????????????????

  • Its like LSD

  • I know i have the type of synesthesia where you combine words, letter, numbers, months with colours. I'm not sure whether or not I mix sounds with colours, because when i listen to music, its only when I close my eyes do I see the colours. In this song the chorus kinda thingy was green. The main colours I saw where blue, silver purple, green and a purple-ish red.

  • @theguyinthefunnyhat This is almost exactly what goes on in my head when I write music on my guitar as well. It's an almost, trance-like state. For me, I associate the vibe of certain riffs with a color and a shape. Not necessarily a conventional shape, like a sqare, circle, or a triangle, but a shape nonetheless.

  • this exaclty what i see in my head when i play music.
