Steady/Honor Retriever Yard Work

Daisy and Gunny are working on being steady and honoring. Both skills are necessary when hunting or performing in hunt tests. This is their first time doing this "together drill". It was literally done in the front yard. Since the training van was in the garage.......there was no way to drive to the regular training grounds. The use of remote wingers and a cap gun add to the process. Next time the dog at the bucket will honor and the running dog will come to heel out of the hide before retrieving. Correct repetitions ingrain solid expectations.

Seeing and hearing yourself train is "interesting". Next time, I won't be saying sit as often. Just sayin".
