  • Wow Im thinking faster than I type. I just re read what I wrote and it barely makes sense to me. I hope you understood what I was TRYING to say though. I tried to remove it all as it really did not make sense to me after I typed it all but Youtube wont let me. Sorry for my long ass rant that didn't even make sense. I hope you got the jist of what I was trying to say thought :)

  • human beings all need to eat different quantities of the macro and micro nutrients? Anyway Im honestly ONLY asking your thoughts and wondering if you read the book. I am someone who was raw for awhile but am now very addicted to the starches however I still eat better than most and try to make sure the majority of my food comes from raw fruits and veggies. Perhaps one day I will go raw again one day. Thanks for the video though I enjoyed it.

  • You will not see one cow who needs to eat more fat, and another who needs to eat more green, or a lion where one needs to eat more meat but one may need to eat more of something else. Besides quantity all animals within their species eat roughly the same thing. Whereas you were saying how some people may need to eat more greens and others more fat, and others more fruit. If we get our eating cues from the animal word and would seem logical then wouldn't it be highly unprobable that

  • all living species (except for humans and domesticated animals) eat raw food. So that is a good example that we should be doing the same. Also all species eat mono meals and so Dr. Graham says humans should also eat simply for example sit down and eat bananas until you are full or do not eat more than 3 things in one sitting as it is much easier on your digestive system. And the other thing is that all humans should eat the same thing as in the animal world.

  • Was curious on if you have read the 80/10/10 diet by Dr. Doug Graham which espouses a raw diet but he believes FRUIT should be the primary food for humanbeings. He does say you need to eat greens to but MOSTLY fruit. You were saying that all people might need different diets (some needing more fat some needing more fruit) but Dr. Graham believes his is false because if you look to the animal world which is where we should try to take many of our cues for living he notes that:

  • Khepra,

thank you for posting this. I learned a lot just from this one video. For example, I didn't know that protein and fats are slow burning sugars and starch is acid as well as detoxing is done through fasting not just eating certain foods that detox the body. I haven't fasted in a while. i am not a raw foodist but I do believe in the vegan diet and became inspired by the vegan diet in 2009. I look forward to seeing you at the next DC VegFest. I enjoyed the food very much in 2011.

  • Would you do a video on the differ ways to detox and (or) flush the body?
