I have been going to their classes religiously for the past 2 1/2 years and I have NEVER injured myself. They are really good at teaching the routines and go over all the steps as many times as needed. This was a Demo in DC , people, come to see them live. Their class is the BEST in the DC Area.

Awesome!! I need this energy for every dance i teach in my classes. Sometimes i feel myself losing it or my legs and knees weakening. Any words of advice on how you achieve your energy and strength? Im assuming you have built up the endurance from teaching many of these classes. But is there anything additional tips? :) forca brasil!

I am sorry but I think that some of the moves can be hard for the participants back....As an instructor it is important to think safety first...

As every instructor it is important we teach at an intermediate level, giving students the option and showing them how to take it to a lower or a higher level, in the safest way of course. We always tell our students, "NOT JUST LISTEN TO US, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY" People get bored with the same steps over and over again, there is nothing wrong with teaching them new steps but it is in you as the instructor to make this safe for everyone.
is all in the AFAA, by the way this was a DEMO not a class
