Switching to the Ivanko 28 mm bar for the squat and bench to get situated to the competition bar. Squats need to be faster and more solidified, the last deadlift the grip didn't start off correctly in the right hand.

  • are those ivanko bars good?ive been lookin around for a really good powerliftin bar and ivanko seems to be renowned.btw mad propz man,doesnt that sumo stance hurt your knees?

  • @FeuryonDiKrypton I think also a good bar is the Q-Bar, but yes the Ivanko is an excellent bar.

  • why did you hold bar up for so long?

  • To train my grip, I've lost heavy deadlifts in the past because of grip. These holds have helped tremendously.
