Switching to the Ivanko 28 mm bar for the squat and bench to get situated to the competition bar. Squats need to be faster and more solidified, the last deadlift the grip didn't start off correctly in the right hand.

@FeuryonDiKrypton I think also a good bar is the Q-Bar, but yes the Ivanko is an excellent bar.

To train my grip, I've lost heavy deadlifts in the past because of grip. These holds have helped tremendously.
