Second song does not have a name, actually.
But I found it on the AMD website.

You can find Neko to Garasu to Marui Tsuki as part of the Little Busters! Ecstacy tracks album.
For the second song, (I personally name it 'Toliman' after AMD's tri-cores) you can only get it from me, I suppose.
