I enjoyed his shows about ten years ago. A car accident, oh my god, one of the best survival guys died in a car. At least it wasn`t a stingray. I learned sooo much from him, but I`m pretty sure I `ll never need it. Anyway, it was a pleasure, Malcolm.RIP

Dont know about you people, but i sure miss Malcolm Douglas, he was real good bloke. I met Malcolm on many occasions when i am tour guiding around the north, always had time for a chat and a cup of tea.

I foudn the music in this TV program to be so unique it just takes me back to moment i hear it.

the word 'icon' and 'legend' gets bandied around a lot nowadays but this bloke truly was! R.I.P m8. Watched you since i was a kid and you taught me and i am sure many others with your exploits. The world is a sadder place without you!

RIP Malcom Douglas, the real Mick Dundee!
The thing I used to love about watching this blokes doco's was what you saw was real, no staged situations etc.
I loved the fact you could see him tackle some of the most extreme situations imaginable & then he'd sit down around a campfire & show you his recepie for cooking up some scones & a cup of tea!
Every Australian should be proud of this man & what he was trying to acheive for our great country.
