i want to ask a question to anyone that would know about fitness. i have some very uneven body strength, my right arm is very very much stronger then my left, my body has the same thing going is what it looks like, and my feet are pretty uneven in strength because i seem to put a lot of stress on my right leg when i go for a run and play basketball. btw im 130 pound male 5ft 5 inches. so i guess that would consider me skinny and would like to add some weight. is this for me? can anyone help?

@arabpride604 If you've never done any kind of serious strength training, a very basic full body program could address those issues. People have had great results with P90X, but it's not for everyone.
If you're already playing basketball, then you are getting some cardio training. A basic regiment of pushups, weightless squats, and lunges would hit those weak points. Don't worry about gaining weight, develop a solid foundation right now, and you'll be okay.
